Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Beach Operations Supervisor for the Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort on Florida's Paradise Coast. You will oversee daily beach operations, guest services, equipment use, safety, and sustainability programs to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or resort operations.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily beach operations including setup, guest services, equipment usage, and cleanliness.
• Supervise and coordinate the performance of beach attendants and tram cart drivers.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust scheduling to meet guest demands and seasonal needs.
• Ensure safety standards, guest service protocols, and company policies are followed.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of beach team members.
• Maintain logs and reports related to beach usage and maintenance.
