Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring an Activities Attendant for Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort. You will create engaging, personalized guest experiences and help run daily recreational activities in a luxury resort setting.

You’ll set up and supervise activities, explain safety guidelines, and collaborate with Beach and Pool Operations. A friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Outgoing and engaging personality desired.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Enjoy working outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a variety of daily recreational activities and programs for resort guests of all ages.
• Create fun, engaging, and memorable experiences while providing genuine, personalized guest service.
• Set up, monitor, and break down activities, ensuring all equipment and activity areas are clean and organized.
• Explain activity rules, instructions, and safety guidelines clearly and confidently.
• Interact with guests throughout the resort and actively promote daily activities and programming.
• Ensure all activities are conducted safely and in accordance with resort standards and procedures.
• Assist with special events, holiday programming, and seasonal activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and proper care of recreational equipment and supplies.
• Crosstrain and provide support in other Recreation areas, including Beach Operations and Pool Operations, as business needs require.
• Work collaboratively with the Recreation team to create a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for guests and fellow team members.
