Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated on-site supervisor to lead our recreational and guest services team at a premier resort. You will guide daily operations, ensure cleanliness, and actively engage with guests to elevate their experience.

You will work closely with housekeeping and guest services to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and engaging with guests.

Qualifications

• Supervisor experience is preferred.
• Experience in guest service roles.
• Energetic, engaging personality.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well.
• Maintain an active presence in recreational areas to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure towels are clean and available.
• Check in arriving guests and help them identify recreation options.
• Set up and break down recreational areas daily.
• Remove soiled linen and trash following procedures.
• Ensure friendly, helpful communication with guests and staff.
