Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Naples Grande Beach Resort on Florida's Paradise Coast. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, overseeing daily front desk operations, and guiding a team of agents through busy shifts.

You will check guests in, handle special requests, resolve issues to WOW guests, coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping, and train new associates to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel or resort front desk experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and a friendly, engaging personality.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in/out and manage reservations and VIPs.
• Resolve guest issues to WOW them and coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping.
• Train and supervise front desk team to ensure service standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction during shifts.
