Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor for Naples Grande Beach Resort on Florida’s Paradise Coast. You will supervise Front Desk, Concierge, Bell Services, and PBX to ensure smooth check-in/out and exceptional guest experiences.

We look for 2-4 years of supervisory Front Office experience, strong guest service and leadership skills, and familiarity with Hilton systems and Microsoft Office. Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Front Office supervisory experience.
• Strong guest service and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations during assigned shifts.
• Ensure efficient check-in/out and guest service processes.
• Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and special requests.
• Provide daily coaching and direction to Front Office team members.
• Assist with training and onboarding initiatives and scheduling.
