Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in discovering their Wanderlust experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Check guests in and manage reservations and special requests.
• Resolve guest issues and exceed expectations.
• Supervise daily shift and enforce SOPs.
• Cooperate with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure smooth operations.
• Train and coach front desk team members to deliver quality service.
• Maintain the Sundries shop inventory and merchandise.
• Train new Front Desk Agents to provide exceptional service.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Communicate essential information to the manager on duty.
