Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, information technology or related field.
• 1–2 years in business development, inside sales, or demand generation, preferably software/tech/public sector.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team of BDRs or sales reps.
• CRM proficiency with leads, qualification, and pipeline management.
• Familiarity with Outreach.Ai and ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Strong communication, coaching, and accountability skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into actions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Aufgaben

• Directly manage and coach a subset of BDRs with daily guidance and development support.
• Drive outbound and inbound prospecting while maintaining cadence and qualification criteria.
• Ensure accurate CRM activity, lead status, and notes per standards.
• Support onboarding and ramp-up with structured training and shadowing.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and identify risks and coaching opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing on campaigns and lead quality.
