Job summary

Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Team Lead for Business Development Representatives to drive outbound sales in electromechanical repair, power management, and renewables. You will mentor a team, qualify leads, and partner with cross-functional teams to convert opportunities and grow revenue.

You'll lead with integrity, focus on customer value, and leverage CRM tools to track KPIs, coach performance, and align go-to-market strategies across manufacturing, utilities, and energy sectors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing commercial roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Business Development Representatives to drive outbound sales.
• Provide daily coaching, training, and feedback to ensure understanding of value proposition.
• Conduct team meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins.
• Drive outbound prospecting to generate leads across industrial, utility, and renewable sectors.
• Promote core services like motor/generator repair, predictive maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• Build relationships with prospects and customers, understanding challenges to offer tailored solutions.
