MaintainX, part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, is seeking a Manager, Business Development to build and lead a BDR team, ramp reps, and drive the outbound playbook. You report to the Director of Business Development and shape ICP, messaging, and tooling to create predictable pipeline.

You will align Marketing and Sales, develop reps toward AE or leadership roles, and ensure effective handoffs. This is a strategic, leadership-heavy role in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years leading a BDR/SDR team in SaaS/tech with measurable targets.
• Proven ability to hire and identify A-player candidates for BDR roles.
• In-depth coaching to influence rep output and behaviours.
• Strong data fluency; you read pipeline signals and coach to indicators.
• Track record holding Marketing and Sales ops accountable for results.

Responsabilidades

• Build a BDR team that hits pipeline targets and sets hiring standards.
• Establish a weekly coaching cadence to stabilize pipeline.
• Write and refine the outbound playbook (ICP, messaging, sequences, tools).
• Provide reps with career paths toward AE or leadership roles.
• Coordinate ICP evolution, campaigns, and pipeline handoffs with Marketing and Sales.
