Job summary

A-LIGN is seeking a Business Development Representative Manager in Tampa, FL. The role leads the BDR team, drives SMB and mid-market lead generation, and collaborates with sales and marketing to optimize campaigns.

You will coach daily activities, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality opportunities are handed off to sales. The position is hybrid, reporting to the BDR Manager, with a focus on building a high-performing team and improving revenue growth through strategic leadership and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.
Extensive B2B sales leadership and people management experience.
Strong communications and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

Organize and lead the BDR team to achieve lead generation and opportunity goals.
Coach and monitor daily activity (calls, emails) and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns and hand-off high-quality opportunities.
Own CRM processes and drive improvements in workflow and reporting.
