Job summary

Reco is seeking an experienced and results-driven BDR Manager to lead and expand our US BDR team in a fast-paced SaaS security environment. You will drive pipeline, optimize processes, and foster a high-performing sales culture in Dallas and across the US.

The role emphasizes coaching, data-driven decision making, and the use of AI and automation to scale outreach and improve conversions. You will partner with Marketing to align campaigns and oversee metrics, dashboards, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and growing a sales development/inside sales team in SaaS.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a high-performing team.
• Understanding of sales processes, lead gen and pipeline management.
• Experience implementing AI/automation in sales development.
