Job summary

Engineered Arts in Austin, TX is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to own outbound lead generation and qualify meetings for our sales team. You will target US and North American prospects and collaborate with Account Executives to move opportunities forward.

The role emphasizes initiative, creativity, and persistence in outreach. You will engage museums, universities, and entertainment venues as our humanoid robotics business expands, with flexible work arrangements to support

Qualifications

1–2 years of BDR or outbound sales experience in a tech or hardware environment.
Comfortable with outbound outreach and email prospecting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised and self-motivated.
A propensity for taking the initiative and high quality execution.

Responsibilities

Book qualified discovery meetings with prospects and hand them to the Account Executive team.
Research and target key accounts using LinkedIn, email and outbound tools.
Manage and execute outbound cadences across email, LinkedIn and CRM.
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach and leads in the CRM.
Collaborate with the AE and additional sales staff to optimise lead hand-off and opportunity conversion.
Support inbound lead follow-up when required.
Represent Engineered Arts with professionalism and curiosity during initial outreach.
