Job summary

Simple Mining LLC is seeking a Head of Strategic Finance to own the capital strategy for a growing AI data center platform. You will design the capital stack, raise funds end-to-end, and manage lender and investor relationships to fuel expansion across multiple data centers.

You should have a track record of leading capital raises for infrastructure, expertise in project finance and debt structuring, and a network of financial partners. A CFO background or senior finance leadership is a plus.

Qualifications

• Led capital raises for infrastructure projects (data centers, energy or digital infra).
• Fluent in structuring debt, equity and project finance.
• Experience presenting to lenders, investors and LPs.

Responsibilities

• Design the capital stack for each data center project.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising processes with banks and funds.
• Oversee capital relationships and investor communications.
• Support equity planning and valuation storytelling for the data center unit.
