Job summary

Lavendo is seeking a sharp outbound BDR for our fast‑growing client in San Francisco. You’ll drive cold calls and emails to create qualified meetings for the AE team, aiming for about 10 meetings per month, and qualify prospects for handoff to Account Executives.

Base salary $80K–$100K with OTE $100K–$150K, equity offered. You’ll work in the Mission District office 3 days a week or relocate to join the core team as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in outbound BDR/SDR roles with cold calling as a primary channel
• Must have clear metrics from past roles: calls per day, meetings booked, quota attainment
• Willing to work in the Mission District office 3 days a week or relocate to join the team

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails to generate qualified meetings for the AE team
• Hit and exceed a monthly quota of ~10 qualified meetings
• Qualify prospects against the company's criteria and hand off vetted meetings to Account Executives
• Learn and articulate the AI automation platform to enterprise buyers across insurance, healthcare, and fintech
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and build a repeatable sales motion
