Job summary

Lavendo is recruiting for a Founding BDR (Growth) role with a client in San Francisco. You will build and optimize our outbound engine, own the process from outreach to booked meetings, and relentlessly drive qualified conversations with enterprise buyers.

Expect 1–3 years of successful outbound in a B2B SaaS startup, proven ability to create an outbound motion from scratch, and strong cold-calling/email/account-mapping skills. Work onsite five days a week in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years crushing outbound as a BDR/SDR at a B2B SaaS startup, with a track record of quota overachievement.
• Built outbound process from scratch: sequences, cadences, targeting logic, not just executing someone else’s playbook.
• Exceptional cold calling, cold email, and account-mapping/signal-based prospecting across channels.
• Based in San Francisco and able to work in-office five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the client outbound engine to book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Identify and engage hard-to-reach buyers across finance and go-to-market/RevOps.
• Mine self-serve users to surface enterprise conversion opportunities and turn signals into demos.
• Attend conferences/events to generate pipeline and build relationships with prospects.
• Develop insights on ideal buyer personas and outbound channels to create a scalable pipeline.
