Job summary

Marco is seeking a Business Development Representative to build a strong pipeline for Copy/Print solutions. You will perform outbound prospecting, qualify leads, set discovery meetings, and collaborate with Sales Representatives to accelerate growth.

You will maintain Salesforce CRM, stay informed about our products and industry trends, and help with account strategy and renewals. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional client visits, and an Associate’s degree or equivalent is

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in business development or inside sales preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with print infrastructure or technology buying cycles preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and personal car for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage prospects via outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach.
• Qualify sales prospects, generate leads, and schedule discovery meetings.
• Develop knowledge of Marco’s products, services, trends, competitors, and clients.
• Collaborate with sales on account strategy, demand generation, and campaigns.
• Uncover business challenges and needs related to Copy/Print solutions.
• Ensure customers receive value-added solutions and assist with corrective action.
• Identify upsell opportunities and renewals with existing clients.
• Participate in vendor/product training, demos, and events to stay proficient.
• Maintain CRM data and comply with documentation and admin procedures.
• Meet or exceed KPIs for outbound activity, meetings, pipeline, and satisfaction.
