Job summary

Finpilot, the AI-native operating system for institutional capital, seeks a dedicated BDR to own pipeline generation and lead development. You will build the top of the funnel and create a predictable flow of qualified opportunities for multi-channel outbound to allocators, asset managers, wealth managers and family offices.

With the go-to-market team and founder, you’ll shape our outbound motion, participate in discovery calls and demos early, and craft compelling cold emails.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound prospecting with cold-sourced meetings.
• Comfort engaging senior decision makers and handling objections.
• Strong writing skills for initial outreach.
• Positive attitude with team-first mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline generation and lead development.
• Design multi-channel outbound to allocators, asset managers, wealth managers and family offices.
• Create content for LinkedIn, blogs and newsletters to build awareness and inbound interest.
• Join discovery calls and demos early to shape outbound motion and messaging.
