Lincoln of Cutler Bay is seeking a motivated BDC Specialist in the Miami area. You will manage service-related internet chats and incoming calls, confirm appointments, and conduct follow-ups to maximize service retention and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM, using scripts, and coordinating with the Sales and Service teams to ensure smooth appointment flow and customer satisfaction.

• Basic computer and phone skills
• 18 years or older; valid driver's license required

Responsabilités

• Handle service internet chats and incoming appointment calls
• Confirm service appointments and follow up on upcoming services
• Develop, process, manage and track customers for parts, service, and sales
• Log customer comments into the CRM and schedule follow-ups
• Schedule and reschedule appointments, maintain database accuracy
• Adhere to dealership phone scripts and guidelines
