Job summary

ASBURY is seeking a motivated BDC Service Agent to manage high volumes of calls and emails, scheduling service appointments and guiding customers through the car service process. You will document interactions, adhere to scripts, and coordinate with service advisors to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes strong typing, multi-tasking, and reliable communication across channels, contributing to a smooth, customer-centric car-care experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales BDC preferred.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum typing 35–40 words per minute.
• Experience using customer tracking systems to track calls and appointments.
• Must be at least eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage large volumes of inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments with the service department.
• Greet customers and provide shuttle information when needed.
• Document all contacts in the customer management system.
• Follow dealership processes and use Asbury phone scripts.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify automotive service needs.
