Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a energetic BDC Sales Agent to handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will partner with sales advisors, schedule vehicle appointments, greet customers, document interactions in the CRM, and maintain a fast-paced, customer-driven environment. Compensation starts at $19–$20 per hour plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and motivation to be successful.
• Ability to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls daily.
• Strong computer and phone skills; capable of basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound/outbound calls and emails promptly.
• Identify customer needs and schedule sales appointments with advisors.
• Greet customers and document interactions in the customer management system.
• Maintain accuracy and timely follow-ups on internet leads and inquiries.
• Adhere to dealership scripts and ensure high-quality customer service.
