You will use our CRM to document interactions, adhere to scripts, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while earning hourly pay plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Identify customer needs and schedule appointments with sales advisors.
• Accurately document interactions in the CRM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and qualify sales opportunities.
• Follow dealership processes and maintain timely contact.
• Complete internet lead management daily.
• Document all contacts in the system.
• Meet or exceed daily call targets (50+).
