Asbury in Noblesville, IN is seeking a BDC Service Agent to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails, identify customer service needs, and schedule service appointments with the service team. You will document interactions in the customer management system, follow dealership processes, and strive to provide exceptional guest experiences daily in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in a call center or retail environment and strong computer skills are preferred, with at least

Competenze

• Experience in BDC, call center, retail, or service environments preferred.
• Must be able to handle high call volume (50+ calls/day).
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug).
• Strong computer and phone skills with good documentation in CRM.

• Manage large inbound/outbound calls and emails.
