Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a motivated BDC Service Agent to manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and emails. You will identify customer needs, provide information on service appointment availability, and partner with service advisors to research issues and offer solutions or alternatives.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling vehicle service appointments, maintaining accurate documentation in the CRM, and adhering to dealership processes.

Formación

• Must have excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience handling high-volume calls and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and documenting customer interactions.
