Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking energetic BDC Sales Agents to build relationships and provide exceptional guest experiences in our auto dealership environment.

You will manage a high volume of calls and emails, identify customer needs, and document interactions in the dealership system. The role emphasizes script adherence, product knowledge, and achieving daily performance targets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug screens.
• Experience in retail, sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or sales BDC is preferred.
• Ability to handle high volume calls and emails daily.

Responsibilities

• Contact and communicate with customers to identify automotive needs.
• Answer all calls promptly, professionally, and courteous.
• Document customer information in the dealership system.
• Enter all appointments into the CRM.
• Maintain knowledge of products and scripts.
• Meet daily and monthly performance goals for phone, appointment, and show rates.
• Handle 50+ outbound calls and 50+ emails daily.
• Follow dealership processes and maintain documentation.
