Qualificações

• Experience in BDC, customer service, or call center preferred.
• Able to handle 50+ calls per day.
• Must pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)

Responsabilidades

• Handle large volumes of inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments with the service department.
• Greet customers and provide shuttle information if needed.
• Identify automotive service needs and document interactions in the system.
• Follow dealership processes and use provided scripts.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the customer management system.
• Manage internet leads and daily work plans.
