Job summary

CAPITAL of Indian Trail is seeking a personable and motivated BDC Sales Representative to join our team. You will be one of the first contacts for customers, connecting with potential buyers, nurturing leads, answering questions, and guiding customers through the beginning of their vehicle-shopping journey.

You will collaborate with the BDC team and sales colleagues, input data into the CRM, and contribute to dealership success through strong communication and empathy.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency using CRM systems and sales-related software.
• Willingness to pass pre-employment background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone, email, or online inquiries.
• Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely follow-up.
