Krause Auto Group in Asheville, NC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (BDC) to be the first point of contact for customers exploring vehicles and services. You will help create a welcoming dealership experience in a fast-paced environment.

You will answer calls, chats, and inquiries; schedule appointments; share financing basics; maintain CRM records; and collaborate with sales to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with confidence.
• Comfortable with computers, CRM systems, email, and messaging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests.
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the dealership team.
• Respond quickly and professionally using multiple communication channels.
• Provide customers with initial vehicle and dealership information.
• Assist customers with basic financing information and next steps.
• Follow up with leads not yet ready to purchase or missed appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records and daily activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to improve customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvements.
