Garden City Mazda is seeking an enthusiastic BDC Internet Sales and Customer Service Representative to help customers online and by phone, scheduling appointments for the sales team. No sales closing required; energetic, courteous individuals are encouraged to apply.

Garden City Mazdais busier than ever, and our Business Development Center (BDC) is growing and seeking enthusiastic and tech savvy BDC Internet Sales and Customer Service Representatives to assist customers shopping for vehicles online and over the phone, schedule appointments for customers to meet with the sales team, and more.Ideal applicants will be well-spoken and courteous to ensure a positive impression is made on our current and potential customers. Requirements

• Automotive BDC or Sales experience is a plus!
• Customer service, and telephone/call center experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and handling high call volume
• An energetic and outgoing 'people person' who is motivated to succeed
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Good customer service, communication, and computer skills
