Job summary

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is seeking motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representatives to handle incoming internet leads and set sales appointments. Ideal candidates are energetic, great on the phone, and motivated by growth and competition.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom prospects
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments
• Follow up with customers who haven’t purchased yet
• Build relationships with current and past customers to generate repeat business
• Log and track customer interactions in our CRM system
• Provide excellent customer service to help maintain top customer satisfaction scores
• Work with the Internet Sales Director and team to improve sales and customer engagement processes
