Job summary

Anderson Automotive Group seeks a Sales Appointment Setter/BDC representative in Raleigh, NC to be the initial contact for internet leads and set appointments with a sales professional. You will answer inquiries, provide product information, and maintain outreach through follow-up with interested buyers.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proactive communication via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Follow up with leads for up to 90 days and with no-shows or not-ready prospects.
• Provide product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM daily and stay up to date on inventory and vehicle movements.
