Fox Auto Team is seeking a BDC Sales Support Specialist to balance customer outreach, lead follow-up, reporting, and performance analysis. You will drive showroom traffic by contacting customers, managing leads, and supporting the BDC and Sales Management teams.

Ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; experience with CRM and Excel is a plus, with opportunities for career growth in a family-owned dealership group.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule sales appointments.
• Re-engage inactive customers and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records.
