Job summary

Fox Auto Team is seeking a BDC Sales Support Specialist to balance customer outreach, lead follow-up, reporting, and performance analysis. You will drive showroom traffic by contacting customers, managing leads, and supporting the BDC and Sales Management teams.

Fox Auto Team is seeking a BDC Sales Support Specialist who can successfully balance customer communication, lead follow-up, reporting, and performance analysis. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both the people side and the analytical side of the business.

In this role, you'll help drive showroom traffic and sales opportunities by contacting customers, managing leads, tracking performance metrics, analyzing dealership data, and supporting the BDC and Sales Management teams.

What You'll Do

Customer Outreach & Lead Management

• Contact prospective and existing customers to generate appointments and sales opportunities
• Follow up with internet leads, unsold customers, missed appointments, and marketing campaigns
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, text, and email
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule sales appointments
• Re-engage inactive customers and maintain consistent follow-up
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Generate and review daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Monitor key metrics including lead activity, appointments, customer contacts, show rates, and sales results
• Identify trends, missed opportunities, and areas needing additional follow-up
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and tracking tools
• Assist leadership with performance summaries and reporting

Sales & Administrative Support

• Support sales campaigns and targeted customer outreach initiatives
• Help maintain CRM accuracy and customer database integrity
• Assist management with special projects and operational initiatives
• Organize information from multiple systems into clear, actionable reports
• Support efforts to increase appointments, showroom traffic, and customer engagement

Schedule

Flexible schedule required based on business needs, including evenings and Saturdays.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Customer service, call center, BDC, administrative, or automotive dealership experience
• Experience making outbound customer calls
• CRM experience preferred
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus
