Job summary

Bob Loquercio Auto Group is seeking a motivated BDC Sales Representative to respond to internet inquiries and generate sales with customers who contact the dealership or visit the showroom.

The role emphasizes using scripts, CRM entry, and lead-management tools to schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure consistent, ethical customer interactions while supporting team success.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a disciplined, process-oriented and sales-driven role through inbound and outbound appointment and service calls, internet leads and internally generated customer opportunities
• Ability to gain overall knowledge of automotive sales and service department operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of social media, social media channel marketing and social media blogging

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly, professionally, and courteously to all internet leads
• Utilize scripts and workflow tools for staff to ensure uniform customer service
• Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into CRM software
• Overseeing the generation of sales appointments
• Effectively utilizing lead management tools
• Compiling all necessary reports, forms,and other documentation on a timely basis
• Exhibiting ethical behavior, providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and remaining honest in all aspects of customer interaction
