Lexus of Riverside is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Agent to help convert internet and showroom leads and respond to phone inquiries. This role emphasizes proactive outreach and lead management to support the sales team.

You will also research market sources, help create short social media videos, and assist with updating leads and closing times to improve customer engagement and showroom performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct field internet leads to Sales coverage on off days.
• Assist overdue Internet, Showroom and Phone tasks.
• Check open box leads and update/close out lead as needed.
• Research competitive websites, YouTube and social media for “How To” videos.
• Film 30 second spots for our Facebook and Instagram.
• Film 30 to 1 minute “How To” videos to add to our website and website.
• Film Intro Videos for New Staff for Eleads.
