We offer a competitive base pay of $16 per hour plus bonuses based on appointments shown and sold, with additional benefits and opportunities across Lithia’s nationwide network.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in business development or call center roles.
• Customer-facing telemarketing and administrative experience welcomed.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with customers.
• Confident phone presence and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools.
