Asbury is seeking a Client Care Specialist/BDC Sales Agent to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, greet customers, and schedule vehicle appointments. You will partner with sales advisors, document every interaction in the CRM, and handle internet leads daily. Strong phone/script skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.

The role requires 18+ and comfort with appearing in video and photography to engage clients. Training is provided, with weekly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Schedule vehicle sales appointments with the sales team.
• Greet customers and identify automotive needs.
• Follow dealership processes; high contact with customers.
• Document all contacts in the CRM system.
• Complete internet lead management daily.
• Answer calls promptly and professionally.
• Use scripts to collect customer information.
• Adhere to Asbury phone scripts.
• Excellent customer service and motivation.
• Typical 50+ calls per day.
• Tech-savvy with strong computer/phone skills.
• Minimum 35–40 WPM typing.
• Experience with CRM and appointment tracking preferred.
• Previous retail/sales/BDC experience preferred.
• Appointment setting experience a plus.
• Multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Second language skills a plus.
• Team player.
• Must be at least 18.
• Pre-employment screens required.
• Comfortable appearing in video/photos.
