Planet Honda, part of Lithia & Driveway, seeks an experienced Internet Sales Manager/BDC Manager to oversee BDC operations and maximize sales opportunities. You will coach a performance-driven team, manage both traditional and digital marketing channels, and coordinate follow-up processes to improve lead engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership.
• 5+ years in a Lead BDC Agent role is a plus.
• Demonstrated leadership for developing teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong ability to convert leads, coach staff, and analyze ROI.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and lead BDC team members on phone & internet communications & sales skills
• Develop and implement a solid follow-up process and document success rate
• Effectively manage phone & internet traffic, assigning leads to the appropriate team members
• Write routine reports and correspondence; calculate commissions and percentages
