Atlantic Coast Honda in Jacksonville seeks an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development and e-commerce operations. You’ll turn internet leads into appointments, showroom traffic, and sales opportunities while coaching a team and improving results.

You’ll manage inbound inquiries, develop a follow-up process, and monitor performance metrics to maximize opportunities, partnering with sales leadership to strengthen online performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Automotive BDC/Internet Sales leadership.
• Proven track record of leading a BDC team and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of internet lead management and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the automotive BDC / Internet Sales team.
• Manage inbound internet leads, phone inquiries, and follow-up.
• Develop a consistent lead follow-up and appointment-setting process.
• Assign leads and monitor activity to maximize opportunities.
• Train team on phone, internet, and customer communication.
• Track BDC performance metrics, appointments, and results.
• Partner with sales leadership to strengthen e-commerce and internet sales.
