Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience required.
• Must have sales experience.
• Must have flexible availability.
• Skill in the use of personal computers and software packages including CRM, Internet, Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Ability to work in a call center environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure department metrics and goals are met for internet and inbound leads.
• Manage BDC Consultants and supervise scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Train staff on e-Sales office processes and CRM usage.
• Provide regular reports on activity, shows and delivered deals for commissions.
• Coordinate ROI and revenue generation across vehicles, service and financing products.
