Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Internet Sales Manager or BDC Manager in a dealership setting.
• 5+ years in Lead BDC Agent roles welcomed.
• Strong leadership with a track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to optimize lead conversion and manage ROI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead BDC team members on phone and internet communications and sales skills.
• Develop and implement follow-up processes and document success rates.
• Manage phone and internet traffic, assigning leads to maximize results.
• Write routine reports and track commissions and performance metrics.
