Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a dedicated Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead the high-volume internet sales operation in a fast-paced Dublin dealership.

You will coach the BDC team, optimize lead response times, and collaborate with sales to turn more inquiries into appointments and vehicles sold. Applicants should have automotive BDC or dealership management experience and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Automotive BDC, internet sales, or dealership management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent phone, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable managing performance through reports and measurable goals.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and lead management.
• Able to work effectively in a high-volume dealership environment.
• Positive attitude with a high level of personal accountability.
• A leader who is willing to work alongside the team—not simply manage from an office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the BDC team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment setting.
• Monitor and optimize lead response (calls, texts, emails) times to maximize conversion rates.
• Improve appointment-set, show, and sold percentages
• Work closely with sales managers and salespeople to maximize every opportunity
• Review daily performance reports and identify missed opportunities
• Conduct call reviews, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching
• Maintain accurate CRM records and consistent follow-up processes
