Germain Honda of Dublin is seeking a proactive BDC Manager to lead the internet sales operation. You will develop people, streamline processes, and convert more opportunities into showroom appointments and vehicle sales.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM and communication skills, with the ability to coach a team in a high-volume dealership environment. This position is onsite in Dublin, OH.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an automotive BDC or internet sales team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Proven ability to improve lead response times and conversion.
• Able to work in a high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the BDC team to ensure high-quality customer interactions and appointment setting.
• Monitor and optimize lead response times (calls, texts, emails) to maximize conversions.
• Improve appointment-set, show, and sold percentages.
• Collaborate with sales managers to maximize opportunities.
• Review daily performance reports and identify missed opportunities.
• Conduct coaching sessions and call reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes.
