Qualifications

• Previous dealership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BDC Consultants to meet metrics for internet and inbound leads (contacts, appointments set, appointments show, and sold).
• Maintain ROI levels and assist in generating vehicle, service, aftermarket, and finance product sales.
• Train staff on e-Sales office functions and CRM processes.
• Handle customer communications via telephone and email.
• Produce timely reports and manage staff schedules and payroll reporting.
• Monitor shows and delivered deals for commissions and bonuses.
