Qualifications
- Automotive dealership BDC management experience is required.
- Proven success leading a Business Development Center in a dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Business Development Center team.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads.
- Monitor and ensure all customer inquiries are entered accurately into the CRM.
- Improve appointment show rates and sales conversions.
- Compile reports and maintain accurate documentation in a timely manner.
