Mossy Nissan National City is seeking energetic individuals for our fast-paced Business Development Center. You will be the link between buyers and their future vehicle, assisting customers with questions about the company, prospective vehicles, and their ability to purchase.

You will handle all incoming leads and schedule daily appointments, meeting clients and introducing them to a sales representative. Employees are paid a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20.00

Qualifications

• At least one prior role in customer service.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat using scripts.
