Mossy Auto Group in El Cajon, CA is seeking energetic individuals to join our busy Business Development Center. You will be the link between the buyer and their future vehicle, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and guiding customers through the dealership experience.

The role offers a base hourly wage ranging from the applicable minimum wage up to $20 per hour, plus commissions with average annual earnings around $50,000–$55,000.

Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience.
• People skills contributing to effective communication.
• Professional appearance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote an understanding of and strong commitment to client satisfaction and the Mossy team.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to dealership resources.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments with sales.
• Participate in team sessions and maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
