Qualifications

• At least one prior role based in strong customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments with the sales department.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Escort clients to a sales representative upon arrival.
