Mossy Auto Group in National City, CA is seeking energetic individuals for our Business Development Center to learn the dealership end-to-end and start a career in retail automotive.

You will handle inbound leads, qualify buyers, schedule appointments, and guide customers to the right sales representative. The role offers a base hourly wage up to $20 plus commissions with an average annual earnings around $50k–$55k and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Follow up with leads to schedule sales appointments.
• Participate in team and process development with teammates and management.
