Qualifications

• At least one previous role based in strong sales experience.
• Team player attitude and customer-focused.
• Prompt and courteous communication with customers.

• Excellent knowledge of the web and good data entry skills.
• CA driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follow-ups with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information.
• Present initial financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads old and new.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Participate in team and process development sessions to maintain positive relationships with teammates and management.
