The role includes base hourly pay up to $20 with commissions/bonuses; average annual earnings expected around $50,000 to $55,000, plus the benefits listed by Mossy Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum one role with strong customer service experience.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.
• Prompt, courteous, and enthusiastic; professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Promote understanding of Mossy team and client satisfaction.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, and live chat using scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct to dealership resources.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads to schedule appointments with sales.
